- Founded in 2006 with a focus on quality products and reliable customer service
- Opened 9,200 square foot warehouse in Pompano Beach, FL
- Imported first 6 containers of Birch plywood
- Product mix expanded to include Birch, Liner, Meranti, Fancies, Bending Plywood
- Operated small UV line

2011–2015
- Moved to 32,000 square foot warehouse in Medley, FL
- Increased UV line capacity
- Added Industrial Panels to product line-up
- Russian Birch inventoried as stock item

2016–2020
- Moved to 63,000 square foot warehouse in Miami Lakes, FL
- Added Underlayment to product offering
- Introduced Drawer Sides as a value-add to trucks

2021–2025
- Moved to 93,000 square foot warehouse in Medley, FL
- Introduced The USply Line - over 200 feet of UV and paint/primer equipment
- Expanded Line services and capacity
- Globally sourced material from new countries like Brazil, New Zealand, and Belgium
- Participated in IWF 2022 as a first-time exhibitor
